Read the promotion terms and conditions: the operator should list either specific game titles, software providers, or categories that are eligible.

Check the game lobby: many casinos tag eligible games with labels like “bonus eligible,” “promotion,” or show a dedicated tab for promotional games.

Open the game info: some games display whether they count toward a particular bonus in the game details or rules screen.

Contact support: if documentation is unclear, ask customer support to confirm which slot titles are eligible for the promotion.

Contribution rates: not all eligible games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some slots contribute 100%, others less. The specific contribution breakdown will be in the bonus rules.

Exclusions: certain branded or high-RTP games may be excluded. Exclusive or newly released games are sometimes excluded too.

Bet size limits: while playing eligible games under a bonus, there may be a maximum allowable bet. Exceeding this can void winnings from the bonus.

Mode restrictions: play in real-money mode only; demo or practice mode usually does not qualify.

Geographic limits: eligibility can vary by country or region depending on local law and the operator’s offer.

Wagering requirements: you will usually need to wager bonus funds a certain number of times before withdrawing. The exact requirement is specified in the promotion terms.

Contribution tracking: only bets made on eligible games count toward wagering. Bets on excluded games will not reduce your wagering balance.

Maximum cashout: some promotions set a cap on how much you can withdraw from winnings derived from bonus play.

Time limits: bonuses often expire after a set period. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering within that time may be voided.

Verification: operators may require identity verification before allowing withdrawals from bonus-related winnings.

Read the full promotion terms before opting in or entering any promo code.

Confirm which titles are listed as slot bonus eligible games and note any contribution percentages.

Check the promotion period, maximum bet rules, and wagering requirements.

Keep gameplay records (screenshots or session logs) if you think there’s a dispute about eligibility or winnings.

If you encounter a problem—bonus not applied, a game not counting, or a blocked withdrawal—contact customer support and reference the promotion terms. Escalate to the operator’s complaints team if needed.

Promotion not applied: confirm opt-in procedures or whether a promo code is required. Ensure you met any deposit or opt-in conditions.

Game appears eligible but not contributing: check the contribution table in the T&Cs; some games contribute partially or not at all despite appearing similar.

Winnings withheld: verify identity documents and that you complied with bet-size and wagering rules. Provide requested documents to support verification.

Location restrictions: use the casino support or terms to confirm whether your country is excluded from the promotion.
