If something a parent or sitter says or does on Bubble makes you uncomfortable, or you have any safety concerns, please report them to our team.
How to report someone
You'll find a "Report user" button in your conversation with them, and at the bottom of their profile. Tapping it opens a short form asking for more detail about what happened.
What happens if you report someone
Our team's here 9am–9pm, every day of the week. We review and investigate every report we receive, and we'll usually get in touch if we need more information from you.
Once we've looked into it, the other person may be contacted, given feedback or a warning, lose access to their Bubble account, or be reported to other relevant bodies where needed.
If you'd rather your report stayed anonymous, just let us know.
When to use Report vs Block
Blocking stops you seeing or being contacted by someone - it doesn't tell Bubble why. If you have a safety concern, please report as well as blocking, so our team can support you and look into it.
And of course, if you're in immediate danger, always contact emergency services first.
