Loyalty Groups let you set up different membership tiers, with all new users automatically placed in the 'default' group when they sign up.
If you do not yet have a Loyalty Group to assign the discount to, please refer to our How to Create a Loyalty Group guide.
Note: To apply a signup discount, make sure the discount is assigned to the default group.
Select Loyalty and then Loyalty Groups from the side bar.
Select the relevant Loyalty Group you are wanting to apply the Discount to.
In the Pop-Up Window go to the "Loyalty Discounts" Drop down field and add the newly created Discount.
Select Save.
Your discount has now been added to the relevant Loyalty Group.
6. Restart your Kiosk to apply these changes.
