If you've been "assigned" to a bubble it will have a 'Respond by' time attached, because the author considers your input critical

If you've been assigned to a bubble, you'll see a "Respond by" date attached to it. This is the date the author needs your input or feedback by in order to keep their project moving forward on schedule. Being assigned means you'll receive email reminders until the time is reached.

To move the bubble to Done, you're expected to leave a comment if assigned. This can be feedback, a question, or simply an acknowledgment that you've seen the bubble.

If you need more time to respond, you can click the Respond by time in the bubble to open a date picker. Use the calendar to select a time that works for you. The new time will be shown to the other participants in the bubble, so they'll be aware of your updated timing and can decide whether to wait for your input or move on without it.

Rest assured that you'll receive email reminders until the Respond by date (or your newly selected date and time) is reached. These reminders are intended to help you stay on track and ensure that the project is progressing on time. If you don't think your input is relevant to the conversation, or you've already resolved it elsewhere, you can unsubscribe from the bubble. Optionally, you can leave a reason for unsubscribing:

Just remember that staying subscribed and leaving a comment is the best way to keep the conversation flowing and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
