Bubbles for Teams includes advanced access control to make public topics easy to share, and private ones limited only to those you want to share with.

If you've arrived at a Restricted Access screen after someone shared a link to a bubble or a space with you, there's no need to worry. We can help you figure out what's going on.

You may arrive at this screen for any of the following reasons:
• The sender shared a bubble with you through a link, but link access to the bubble has been turned off:

• The sender shared a space with you through a link, but link access to the space has been turned off:

• A member of your team shared a bubble with you through a link, but the bubble is in a private space, which means teammates cannot access it:

If you're seeing Restricted Access screens for any of these reasons, there are a few ways to get around it. Firstly, you can request the sender to invite you to it via email. Alternatively, the link access will need to be turned on by someone who has permission to do so.

If this problem persists after trying those steps, our team will be happy to help you out. We're here to make your experience with Bubbles for Teams as smooth as possible.
