How do I download my recordings?

Bubbles allows users on Bubbles Pro to download recordings. First, open your recording from the All, Meeting Recordings, and Screen Recordings section. Once you open a recording, you can download it directly from the top right menu inside the bubble.

First, a quick heads-up

  • The download option is not available on trial accounts; you’ll need to be on an eligible paid plan to use this feature.

  • You can only download recordings that belong to your account or shared links or meetings that you have permission to access.

Recordings can be found in:

  • All: All workspace recordings you can access

  • Meeting Recordings: Ongoing or recently ended meetings

  • Screen Recording: Recordings you personally created or own

Step 1: Find your recording

  • Go to the All, Meeting Recordings, or Screen Recording section.

  • Locate the meeting recording you want to download.

Step 2: Open the bubble

  • Click the recording to open it.

Step 3: Download the recording

  • In the top right corner of the bubble, click the three-dot menu (⋮).

  • From the dropdown, select Download.

Good to know

  • Downloads are provided in standard video/audio formats depending on the meeting type.

  • If the Download is unavailable, the account may be on a plan that does not include downloads, or you may not have permission to save that recording, contact your workspace admin or check your plan.

Still stuck?

If you’re on a paid plan and still can’t download a recording, email hello@usebubbles.com with the meeting title and date so the support team can check your access.
