FAQs
Q: On the Hours Report by Location, Department, or Position reports, why is time off separate from the rest of the hours?
A: Time off is not associated with a specific location, department, or position. As a result, time off will not be associated with hours under those categories.
Q: Why don't I see estimated pay on the report?
A: Estimated pay might not be showing for a couple of reasons: you haven't yet created pay rates, or they haven't been enabled to display on reports. You can find the steps for both here.
Q: Why don't I see the Hours Report by Position code option?
A: Position codes are only available with scheduling. More information on the Scheduling Add-on can be found here.
