Step 1: Refresh & Restart
Try this first:
App users: Force-quit the app and reopen it.
Web users: Refresh the page or log out and back in.
Many temporary glitches (like things not loading or buttons not responding) clear up with a quick restart.
Step 2: Check Your Connection
Buenro needs a stable internet connection to work properly.
Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
If you're on public Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data (some networks block app traffic).
Try loading another site or app to confirm your internet is working.
Step 3: Clear Cache or App Data
Sometimes old data causes issues.
App: Delete and reinstall the app. This won’t erase your account or data.
Browser: Try in an incognito/private window or clear your browser cache.
Step 4: Update the App
Make sure you’re on the latest version of Buenro:
iOS: Go to the App Store → Search “Buenro” → Tap “Update” (if available)
Android: Google Play Store → Search “Buenro” → Tap “Update”
Outdated versions can cause compatibility issues or missing features.
Step 5: Try Another Device or Browser
Still having trouble?
Try opening Buenro on a different device (e.g. another phone, tablet, or desktop).
Switch browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are all supported — but the latest version always works best.
