App is crashing or slow

Here's a guide to get you back on track.

If the Buenro app is crashing, freezing, or running slowly, there are a few things you can do to quickly fix the issue. Here's a guide to get you back on track.


1. Restart the App

  • Fully close the app (don’t just switch screens)

  • Wait 10–15 seconds

  • Reopen it and try again

This clears temporary memory glitches.


2. Check Your Internet Connection

A slow or unstable connection can:

  • Cause pages to load slowly

  • Disrupt login or booking actions

  • Interrupt chats or updates

Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if performance improves.


3. Update the App

Go to the App Store:

  • Search for Buenro

  • If you see “Update” next to the app, tap it

Newer versions often fix bugs or compatibility issues.


4. Clear Cache and Data - Android Only (Feature Coming Soon)

If you’re on Android:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Buenro

  • Tap Storage > Clear Cache

  • If needed, tap Clear Data (this will log you out)

This removes temporary files that may be causing the slowdown.


5. Reinstall the App

If issues persist:

  • Uninstall Buenro from your device

  • Reboot your phone

  • Reinstall the app from the App Store


6. Still Having Issues?

Contact Support with:

  • Your device model and operating system

  • A description of what’s happening (e.g. “crashes on booking page”)

  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
