If the Buenro app is crashing, freezing, or running slowly, there are a few things you can do to quickly fix the issue. Here's a guide to get you back on track.
1. Restart the App
Fully close the app (don’t just switch screens)
Wait 10–15 seconds
Reopen it and try again
This clears temporary memory glitches.
2. Check Your Internet Connection
A slow or unstable connection can:
Cause pages to load slowly
Disrupt login or booking actions
Interrupt chats or updates
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if performance improves.
3. Update the App
Go to the App Store:
Search for Buenro
If you see “Update” next to the app, tap it
Newer versions often fix bugs or compatibility issues.
4. Clear Cache and Data - Android Only (Feature Coming Soon)
If you’re on Android:
Go to Settings > Apps > Buenro
Tap Storage > Clear Cache
If needed, tap Clear Data (this will log you out)
This removes temporary files that may be causing the slowdown.
5. Reinstall the App
If issues persist:
Uninstall Buenro from your device
Reboot your phone
Reinstall the app from the App Store
6. Still Having Issues?
Contact Support with:
Your device model and operating system
A description of what’s happening (e.g. “crashes on booking page”)
Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
We’ll escalate the issue to our tech team.
