To log in to Buildend, go to https://app.buildend.com and use the email address associated with your Buildend account.
If you're logging in for the first time, use the link in your Buildend invitation email to activate your account.

If you're unable to log in, first confirm that you're using the same email address associated with your Buildend account.
You must be provided login access to a Buildend Workspace before you can log in. If you haven't been provided access, contact the organization managing the Workspace (typically the GC on your project).

Your coworker's access does not automatically give you access to the same Buildend Workspace.
Each person who needs to use Buildend must be provided access individually using their own email address. Contact your Buildend Administrator for the organization managing the Workspace if you need access (this is typically the GC on the project).

Being listed as a contact or belonging to a company in the Buildend Directory does not necessarily mean you have login access.
A Buildend Administrator must enable Login Access for your account before you can sign in and participate in that Workspace.

From the Buildend login page, select Forgot Password and enter the email address associated with your Buildend account.
Follow the instructions in the password reset email to create a new password, then return to Buildend and sign in.

Login Access is set to Yes.
Email Verified indicates whether the user has completed account setup.
If Email Verified is No, the user may still need to complete account setup. Confirm that Login Access is enabled and resend the verification email if needed.
