Overview
When you're provided access to Buildend for the first time, you'll receive an invitation email to activate your account.
Use the invitation to create your password and verify your account. Once your account is activated, you'll automatically be logged in to Buildend.
Before Your First Login
Before you can access Buildend for the first time:
A Buildend Administrator must create your user account.
Login Access must be enabled for your account.
You must receive the Buildend invitation email to complete your account setup.
⚠️ Important: Your Buildend account is associated with the email address used when you were invited. Use this email address when completing your account setup and signing in.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the invitation email from Buildend and select the account activation link "Set Up Your Account".
Create and confirm your password.
Select Verify My Account to activate your account.
Once activated, you'll automatically be logged in to Buildend.
If needed, select the Workspace you want to access. You'll only need to select a Workspace if you have access to more than one.
After You Log In
What you can access in Buildend depends on the Workspaces and projects you've been added to and your assigned permissions.
If you have access to more than one Workspace, you can switch between them as needed.
