Creating a Quotation

1. Navigate to Sales > Quotations > +New.

2. You can either choose an existing customer or Add a New Customer. Select + Add Customer to register a new customer.

3. Select or type the address at the Billing Party or Shipping Party. (which applicable)

4. Type the Title of the quotation. (Optional)

5. Select the desired number formats to auto-generate Quotation No.
Note: The multiple number formats are available in Premium Plan only.


6. Key in the Reference No. if applicable.

7. Select the transaction Date and Currency.

Note: The default date is Current Day; default currency is MYR

8. Select the Tags if applicable.

9. Click +Item to select the products/ services that you are selling.

  • You can Add Product straight away if it is new products or services of your company.

  • Review the Account.

  • Update the Quantity, Location and review the Unit Price.

  • Type the Discount amount or percentage if applicable.

  • Review the Tax code if applicable.

10. You can leave some notes at Remarks to your customer.

11. Attach files to the quotation, either select the existing files or upload a new file.

12. Tick Shared if the file needs to be shared with the customer.

13. Click Save and you're all done.
