How to Create a Batch Quotation

Follow the below steps to record batch quotation.

1. Navigate to Sales -> Quotations.

2. Click ‘…’ and choose Batch Quotation.

3. Click on Add Quotations

4. The screen below will appears. Enter the details below:

You can select to key in the simple information or extended information by toggle the radio button.

Simple Field

Extended Field

Simple information

Customer

Select Customer, choose to create a new customer or existing customer.

No

Key in Quotation No. or the system will autogenerate it.

Date

Select a Quotation Date.

Note: The default date is the Current Day.

Currency

Select Currency.

Note: The default currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Account

Select an appropriate Account.

You can create a new account by clicking +Add Account.

Item Description

Add a Description for the transaction.

Amount

Key in the Quotation Amount.

Tax

Key in Tax if any. *(Optional)

Additional Extended field

Reference No.

Key in Reference no if any. *(Optional)

Tags

Select a tag if any. *(Optional)

Title

Key in the title of a quotation if any. *(Optional)

Description

Key in the description of a quotation if any. *(Optional)

Product

Select an appropriate Product.

You can add multiple product by clicking on add item to quotation button.

Quantity

Enter the quantity

Location

Select the location if any. *(Optional)

Unit Price

Enter the unit price

Discount

Key in a discount if any. *(Optional)

5. Click on Save and you're done.

Import Batch Quotation

Follow the below steps to import batch quotation.

1. Click on the import file.

2. Click on the Simple or Extended to download the template.

3. Fill in the details in the excel folder you have downloaded.

4. Next, go back to the system and click on Click to Upload.

5. Review the transaction.

6. Click Save and you’re done.
