Major Updates

Auto Bank Feed Integration with Maybank

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our much-awaited feature โ€“ Auto Bank Feed Integration, starting with Maybank. We are delighted to offer sole proprietorship businesses who hold a Maybank account the opportunity to be among the first to experience it.

With this, your Bukku now automatically syncs with Maybank transactions overnight, ensuring your records are always up-to-date. With seamless transaction matching using SmartRecon, reconciliation has never been easier. Plus, effortlessly monitor your cash flow without the hassle of logging into bank portals.

How to Get Started:

  • Head to Bank > Accounts > Bank Feeds.

  • Click the Connect button, and it will bring you to Maybank2u Online Banking.

Once logged into your Maybank account, you'll be prompted to authorize the account linking process. Follow the simple steps there, and upon completion, you'll be redirected back to Bukku. Expect to see this confirmation page once your bank account settings are configured.

General Updates

Post-Dating for Recurring Instructions

We heard some of you might want to automate the creation of transactions days before, and now you can do it!

Simply by choosing the Post Dating setting, you can have transaction created up to 14 days before the transaction date.

User Experience Enhancements

Import Opening Stock with Excel File

We have just enabled the file import feature for your opening inventory/stock, easing your life when you have a lot of inventory products to start with.

Report Updates

Unrealised Gain/Loss Support for Bank Reconciliation Report

We have added the unrealised gain/loss toggle to bank reconciliation report for you to tally back everything with Balance Sheet report.
