In the Healthy Cities admin center, click on the Reporting tab from the side navigation.
On the left of the Reporting page, you'll see the types of reports you can pull, broken down into User, Challenge, and Engagement Reports.
Select "Nested Team Leaderboard Reports" under Challenge Reports and click the "Run Nested Team Leaderboard Reports" button to open the dialog box.
Filters allow you to select the challenge you want to run the report. Please note: Nested Team Leaderboard rankings are based on Steps, but reporting can be pulled to also include Distance and Minutes.
Just before running the report, create a report name to help you keep track of the reports you've already run. This is optional but recommended.
Three reports will also be generated PER TEAM: one for nested team performance, one for individual nested team member performance, and a nested team roster report.
Nested Team Rank Report: What nested team is holding the top spot? This report tells you the rank and activity of each nested team as well as how many members they have. The report will only generate after a challenge has started.
Nested Team Individual Member Report: This report shows every member, their nested team name, their activity data, and the last time they synced. Use this report to call out the top movers across the entire challenge or see how individuals within a nested team are doing. Will only generate after a challenge has started.
Roster Report: Simple and straightforward, this report tells you each person and their nested team name. You're able to run this report anytime - before, during and after a nested team challenge starts.
Viewing the report:
After pulling a report, you should receive a notification that your report is complete at the bottom of the page.
You can also access all reports you've pulled from the “Completed Reports” tab.
Distance values will be shown in either miles or kilometers depending on the distance preference you have configured for your individual user account.
Note: Completed reports will be deleted every 90 days, so please be sure to save any reports you plan to reference in the future.
