How to Download and Install the Latest Farmplan Software
This guide will walk you through the process of downloading your software update and resolving common installation blocks from Windows.
Step 1: Download the Installer

Step 2: Troubleshooting Windows Defender
In some cases, Windows Defender or "SmartScreen" may prevent the installation from starting because it does not recognise the file. If you receive a warning message or the installer fails to run, please follow these steps to "Unblock" the file:
Open your Downloads folder: Navigate to the folder where the file was saved (usually named 'Downloads').
Locate the file: Find the installer file you just downloaded (setup.exe).
Open Properties: Right-click on the installer file and select Properties from the menu.
Unblock the file: * Stay on the General tab.
Look for the Security section at the very bottom of the window.
Tick the box that says Unblock.
Click Apply and then OK.
Run the Installer: You should now be able to double-click the file and proceed with the installation as normal.
