When your company receives legal mail or service of process at our registered agent address we accept the documents on your company’s behalf, scan and upload the document to your dashboard and send an email notification.
From there, it is your responsibility to:
Read the documents promptly
Contact a lawyer or advisor if you receive a lawsuit or serious notice
Respond within any deadlines stated in the documents
