Can BusinessAnywhere act as registered agent for foreign qualified entities (out of state registration)?

We provide registered agent service to businesses wanting to expand into other states.

Yes. If your company is formed in one state and later registers to do business in another state (often called “foreign qualification”), you need a registered agent in each state where you are registered.

BusinessAnywhere can act as registered agent in the original formation state (domestic state) and act as registered agent in any additional states where your company registers as a foreign entity.
