Typically, the notary session goes like this:
You join the video call from the link provided.
The notary confirms your identity and reviews the document.
You sign electronically while the notary watches.
The notary adds their notary seal and signature and completes the notarial certificate.
The completed document is emailed to you, which you will then download and upload into your dashboard.
