How do I sign up for a virtual mailbox?

Go to the Virtual Mailbox page, choose a location and plan, create your account, add recipients, and complete USPS Form 1583 to activate your mailbox.

To sign up for a virtual mailbox, go to the BusinessAnywhere Virtual Mailbox page, choose your preferred address location and plan, and create your account with your email and password.

Once your account is created, you will:

  • Add all recipients (each person or company that will receive mail at your address).

  • Complete & notarize the USPS Form 1583 and ID verification for each recipient, as required by USPS rules.

  • Wait for approval – we review your documents and confirm when your mailbox is active. This usually takes no longer than 5 business days.

Do not start using your new address until you receive confirmation that your mailbox is activated in your dashboard. If you need help with notarizing USPS Form 1583, you can use our Online Notary and upload the completed form directly to your account.
