  • You purchased more than one service or company

  • A renewal and a new order fell in the same period

  • Your bank placed a temporary authorization hold that later disappears

  • You clicked pay multiple times and created duplicate orders

Compare the amounts with your order history. If it still looks wrong, contact support with screenshots.
