If you live and operate in one U.S. state, it’s usually simplest to form there.
If you form in one state but do business in another, you may need foreign registration which may reuqire extra fees.
Non-U.S. founders with no U.S. presence have more flexibility and often choose “simple” states with lower fees and easy maintenance.
We can file in supported states you choose, but we cannot pick the “best” state for you.
