Dissolving your company with the state does not automatically cancel BusinessAnywhere services
You must cancel or adjust each service (registered agent, virtual mailbox, etc.) in your account
If you keep a mailbox for personal or other business use, you can adjust the recipients instead of cancelling
Check your renewal dates to avoid unwanted renewals. Most states will not approve a dissolution if annual renewals, taxes etc. are not current or complete.
