I uploaded a document but it shows as corrupted or unreadable – how can I fix this?

Re-export the file and upload again in a supported format.

  • Make sure the file opens normally on your own device.

  • Save or export it as a standard PDF or other supported format.

  • Re-upload the new copy to your dashboard.

  • If it still appears corrupted, try a different browser or device.
