Make sure you’re using a supported format (usually PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, etc.).
Check that the file size is within the maximum upload limit shown on the page (or keep it under a few MB to be safe).
If it’s too large, compress the PDF or image, or split long documents into smaller files.
Try again from another browser if the upload freezes.
