I can’t see my newly uploaded documents in the dashboard – where did they go?

Refresh, check filters, and the correct company.

  • Refresh the page and wait a few seconds.

  • Make sure you’re looking at the right company and the right document tab.

  • Check for filters (by date or type) that might be hiding it.

  • If the file still doesn’t appear, upload again and then contact support if it keeps happening.
