A specific mail item or document will not open or download – what can I do?

Try a fresh download and a different viewer.

  • Click the item again and wait for the download to finish fully.

  • Try opening it in another PDF/image viewer or browser.

  • If the file consistently fails, note the item ID or name and contact support so we can re-check or re-process it.
