The notary session says my camera or microphone is blocked – how do I enable them?

Allow access in both the browser and device settings.

  • When prompted, click “Allow” for camera and microphone in your browser.

  • Check your browser settings > Privacy/Permissions and enable access for our site.

  • Make sure no other app is using the camera or mic at the same time.

  • On your device (Windows/Mac), confirm that apps are allowed to use camera/mic.
