How do I clear cache and cookies or use an incognito window to fix issues?

In most browsers you can clear cache and cookies in Settings > Privacy or History.

After clearing, close all browser windows and reopen, then log in again.

Alternatively, open a private/incognito window and log in there to test if the problem disappears.
