My order shows “submitted” for a long time – how do I check if something is stuck?

Your business registration will show as submitted until we start to process your order.

Our standard processing time is 10-14 working days. Please note, the state has their own processing time which is separate.

If it is well beyond the normal timeline, contact support with your order ID so we can manually check the status.
