What information should I include when reporting a technical problem to support?

More details mean faster, more accurate fixes.

Include:

  • Your name, account email, and relevant company or order ID.

  • The page or feature you were using (URL if possible).

  • The device, browser, and whether you used VPN or incognito.

  • Exact error message text and a screenshot.

  • The steps you took right before the issue appeared.

This helps us reproduce and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
