All claims must include the following complete evidence. Failure to provide any item may result in rejection:
(a) Complete outer box and original packaging
(b) Full continuous unboxing video (no edits, no interruption)
(c) Clear waybill number and detailed item photos
(d) Relevant order number and any reasonably requested information
The unboxing video serves as primary objective evidence.
All required documents must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
The 7-day period begins from the date of delivery confirmation or collection.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
