What should I do if I do not receive all items from my order?

Orders may be shipped in separate packages. Please verify the shipping notification email or check the "My Orders" page to see if the order has been split into multiple shipments.

If you have confirmed the receipt of all packages but still have not received certain items, please contact our customer service representatives with the following:

  • Order number

  • Relevant details

  • Photos or videos of the missing items.
