How is the Platform Handling Fee calculated?
The Platform Handling Fee is applied to each individual product quantity you purchase within an order. The fee varies based on your delivery region:
Hong Kong: HKD 11 per order item
Macau: MOP 12 per order item
Singapore: SGD 4 per order item
Examples (Based on Hong Kong rates):
If your order contains 1 item, the Platform Handling Fee will be HKD 10.
If your order contains 1 item with a quantity of 2, the Platform Handling Fee will be HKD 20 (HKD 10 x 2).
If your order contains 3 distinct items, the total Platform Handling Fee will be HKD 30 (HKD 10 x 3).
