If there is an issue with the item received, what situations qualify for assistance?

All sellers are independent third parties and are not affiliated with our platform in any partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

We solely provide purchasing facilitation and access to third-party marketplaces. We are not the owner or seller of the goods.
We conduct basic screening of sellers on second-hand marketplaces and exclude those with consistently low ratings or elevated risk profiles.

However, such screening does not constitute any warranty or guarantee, nor does it eliminate transactional risks.

However, we may assist in filing a claim with the original platform or seller (subject to the platform’s final decision) under the following circumstances:

  • Item received does not match the listing (e.g., ordered A but received B)

  • Incorrect quantity received

  • Empty parcel

The following situations are generally not eligible for assistance or compensation:

  • Normal signs of wear or minor defects

  • Personal dissatisfaction or change of mind

  • Differences between expectation and actual condition

  • Normal wear and tear of second-hand items

  • Authenticity disputes

  • Defects that existed prior to shipment

  • Suspected scam

C2C transactions are conducted between individuals, and associated risks are borne by the buyer.
