Is the platform responsible for product authenticity or quality?

C2C (Consumer-to-Consumer) marketplaces operate on a peer-to-peer model. Items are generally not individually verified for authenticity or quality by the original platform.

As all products originate from third-party second-hand marketplaces and independent sellers:

  • We do not verify or guarantee authenticity, value, or actual condition

  • We assume no responsibility for product quality issues

  • No compensation will be provided for matters relating to authenticity or condition

Although basic seller screening may be conducted, this does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.

Second-hand transactions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Counterfeit or replica goods

  • Empty parcels or box-only shipments

  • Items not as described

  • Fraudulent sellers

We strongly recommend reviewing seller ratings, item descriptions, and photos carefully before placing an order and making your own risk assessment.
