Can Collect2Day assist in contacting the seller if I have questions about an item?

Currently, all purchasing orders are processed automatically through our system. Therefore, we do not provide seller communication or negotiation services.

Any special requests that require communication with the seller prior to purchase, including but not limited to:

  • Price negotiation

  • Splitting bundled items

  • Requesting extra packaging

  • Asking for additional item details

cannot be arranged.
