Deleting Your buymie Account
Do you want to delete your buymie account? Deleting your account is an easy process that can be done in just a few steps. Your account, including your email address and payment methods, will be immediately deleted after you follow the steps below.
Please be aware that this action cannot be reversed even by our customer support team.
Follow these steps:
Open your buymie app
Tap on the side menu
Go to My Account
Tap on Account
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Once you confirm, all of the data associated with your email address, including your address, phone number, and payment methods, will be immediately deleted. You will be unsubscribed from our marketing emails and all communication.
While no personally identifiable information will be maintained, some financial and order history data will be maintained for auditing purposes.
