If you have leftover points after a catalog redemption, Stadium Perks lets you turn them into real, ongoing savings instead of letting them go to waste.   • Stadium Perks may be offered to you during checkout when the organizer has enabled the membership program for their shop.

  • If you choose to join, you'll be able to activate your Stadium Perks membership and access available deals through the Stadium Perks website.

👀 Why don't I see Stadium Perks at checkout?

  • Stadium Perks is not available at checkout for every shop.

  • The organizer who manages the shop can choose whether to offer Stadium Perks to recipients. If you don't see the Stadium Perks option during checkout, it may be because the organizer has turned the option off for that shop.

🙋 Do I have to add Stadium Perks to my order?

  • No. Stadium Perks is completely optional.

  • If you're not interested, simply select SKIP at checkout and continue with your order as usual.

🔗 Is Stadium Perks part of my regular Stadium account?

  • No. Stadium Perks is a separate benefit powered by Access Development, a third-party partner.

  • Adding Stadium Perks does not change your Stadium account, Workspace, or other Stadium benefits.

⭐ Which membership option should I choose?

You can choose the membership duration that works best for you.

The available options are:

  • 3 months: $5

  • 6 months: $9

  • 12 months: $14

Each option provides access to the same discount categories and benefits.

What if I don't have enough points to cover the entire Stadium perks?

  • No problem. You can still purchase the perk.

  • Your available points will be applied toward the cost, and the remaining balance will be charged to your payment method on file.

  • For example, if you have enough points to cover part of a $9 membership, those points will be applied first, and you'll pay the remaining amount.

What if I don't have any leftover points?

  • If you don't have leftover points after your catalog redemption, the 3-month membership will be shown as the default option.

  • The full cost of the membership will be charged to your payment method.

Can I extend or upgrade my membership later?

  • No. Stadium Perks memberships cannot be stacked, upgraded, or extended.

  • If you already have an active membership registered to your email address, you won't be able to register another membership code until your current membership is no longer active.

Can I get a refund for Stadium Perks?

  • Once your Stadium Perks membership has been activated, it generally can't be refunded or reversed.

  • The exception is if you cancel within 1 hour of activation.

Does Stadium Perks automatically renew?

  • No. Stadium Perks does not automatically renew.

  • Your membership remains active for the duration you selected: 3, 6, or 12 months.

  • ✈️ Flights: Exclusive fares across 600+ airlines, including American, Delta, JetBlue, United, Southwest, and more.

  • 🏨 Hotels: Save up to 18% on stays, with offers from brands such as Wyndham, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and Holiday Inn. More than 850,000 hotels are included.

  • 🎢 Theme Parks: Save up to 13% off gate prices at destinations such as Disney, Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, and more.

  • 🎬 Movies: Save up to 10% on movie tickets at major theater chains, including AMC and Cinemark.

  • 🛍️ Shopping: Get up to 20% off at more than 42,000 retail, apparel, and footwear stores.

  • 🗺️ Experiences: Find discounts on more than 12,000 tours and activities, including experiences such as the Porto Tuk Tuk Tour and London East End food tours.

Do longer memberships come with better discounts?

  • No. All three membership options provide access to the same discount categories and offers.

  • The only difference is how long your Stadium Perks membership remains active.

Are the advertised discounts guaranteed on every purchase?

  • Not necessarily.

  • Available savings can vary depending on the location, merchant, and specific offer. The percentages and examples shown are representative of available deals, but the actual discount may vary

  • Yes. Stadium Perks offers savings in 186 countries, so you can use the platform to find deals internationally.

🔑 Joining & Activating Stadium Perks

What happens after I add Stadium Perks at checkout?

  • After you choose Stadium Perks during checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email with the information you need to activate your membership.

  • The email includes a unique, single-use membership code and instructions for getting started.

How do I activate my Stadium Perks?

  • After your purchase, Stadium sends you a confirmation email containing a unique, single-use registration code.

  • Open the email and follow the instructions provided to register your code on the Access Development platform. Once your code is registered, your membership becomes active.

How do I activate my Stadium Perks membership?

Follow these steps after receiving your Stadium Perks email:

1. 📧 Open your Stadium Perks email

  • Find the email you received after joining Stadium Perks. It will contain instructions and your membership information.

2. 🔗 Click "ACTIVATE NOW"

  • Click the ACTIVATE NOW" button or link in the email to begin creating your Stadium Perks account.

3. 👤 Enter your information

  • From the website, click the Sign Up button.

Enter the following :

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Password

Then complete the sign-up process.

4. 🔢 Enter your Member ID code

  • After signing up, you'll be taken to the Member ID step.

  • Copy the Activation code provided in your Stadium Perks email and enter it where requested.

5. 🎉 Complete your registration

  • Once your Member ID code is accepted, your Stadium Perks membership will be activated, and you'll have full access to the available deals.

How long do I have to use my activation code?

  • Your membership code is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued.

  • If the code isn't registered within that 12-month period, it expires and can't be refunded or reissued.

When does my membership duration begin?

  • Your Stadium Perks membership begins as soon as you complete registration and activate it.

  • For example, if you choose a 6-month membership and activate it today, your 6-month membership period starts today.

  • The membership period can't be paused or extended.

Where can I find and use my Stadium Perks discounts?

I didn't receive my activation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received your activation email or your registration code isn't working, you can visit the Stadium Perks website and use the chatbot for assistance.

Can I use two Stadium Perks codes at the same time?

  • Only one active Stadium Perks code can be registered per email address at a time.

  • If you receive another code while you already have an active membership, you'll need to wait until the current membership is no longer active before registering the new one.

  • A second Stadium Perk can technically be registered using a different email address because activation is tracked by email address.
