  • Maximum Effort Setting: Optionally limit further dialing attempts in campaigns with a defined 'Maximum Effort' value for contacts that have resulted in a scheduled callback or received an invalid call reason code.

  • Efficient Use of Available Agents: Enable this feature to allow the system to account for agents assigned to multiple predictive campaigns. This ensures a more accurate determination of available agents for predictive dialing. Consequently, the system can adjust the dialing pace based on true agent availability across all active predictive campaigns, helping to minimize over-dialing and reduce the abandoned call rate.

Contact Management Screen

Our updated campaign module features a comprehensive and interactive contact management screen, designed to provide users with a detailed overview of campaign activities:

  • Monitoring Contacts’ Status: Monitor the status of individual contacts, including attempt details, contact data, remaining calls, reason codes, and finish codes.

  • Dynamic Contact Management: Make necessary changes to contacts, such as assigning dedicated agents, canceling contacts, or adjusting priorities.

Introducing the Supervisor Campaign Overview Dashboard, where you can monitor all your campaigns and drill down into details from a single, central location. Track the following data all in one place:

  • Contact Rate (Reaching Rate)

  • Abandon Rate

  • Total Contacts

  • Completed Contacts

  • Remaining Contacts

  • Untouched Contacts (Unattempted Contacts)

  • Current Dialing Pace (Real-time Dialing Rate)

Abandonment Management

Our campaign module now incorporates advanced abandonment management tools to optimize call efficiency and reduce customer frustration:

  • Configurable Abandonment Timeout: Set a specific timeout period for unanswered calls, automatically disconnecting them if no agent is available within the designated time frame.

  • Multi-Tiered Abandonment Prevention: Implement preventive measures to address different levels of abandonment, including:

    • Slowdown Start Rate: Gradually slow down the campaign call speed when the abandonment rate reaches a predefined threshold.

    • Restriction Start Rate: Automatically set the call speed to 1:1 when the abandonment rate exceeds a higher threshold.

    • Max Abandonment Rate: Pause campaign calling activity if the abandonment rate reaches an extremely high level.
