The Incoming Calls page has been moved to a new, more user-friendly screen design. This improvement improves performance, improves ease of use, and offers a modern interface.
You can search the page by rule name, numbers and IVR menu name.
You can edit and delete incoming calls from the action menu.
You can specify the Rule Name, DNIS definitions, IVR and Location selections, and also working hours from the Edit section.
If you want to specify a special rule set that will disable standard working hours, you can make your definitions from the Rule setup section.
When you want to do a simulation, you can activate this setting, define the time information, IVR selection and the calling number, and proceed with the process.
