Ringback tone set up

From now on, you are able to set the ring-back tone that the contact person hears when they are being connected to an agent.

With our recent development, it is possible now to set the ringback tone for the country that you operate in. The customers were used to hearing the default ringback tone whilst connecting to an agent, which on some occasions, caused confusion for them since the local ringback tone happened to be different.

To overcome this, we added a field in the advanced settings menu in which you can set the ringback tone. You can also listen to the selected ringback tone in order to be sure. Once set, your customers will hear the selected ringback tone when they are being connected to an agent.

If you do not change the ringback tone, the default tone will keep on playing.
