This article explains how to sign up for a Call Center Studio account, verify your email address, and complete your first login after your administrator activates the account.
Opening the Sign Up page
On the Call Center Studio website, click Sign Up.
Filling in the sign-up form
Fill in the following fields:
Field | Description |
Enter your email address. It is the primary contact address for your account and is used for verification. | |
Name Surname | Enter your full name. It is used to identify your account. |
Password | Create a strong password. It must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. |
Password confirmation | Re-enter the same password to confirm it. |
Language | Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu. It sets the language of your interface and communications. |
Signing up and verifying your email
Once you have filled in all the fields and checked your information, click Sign Up. A verification code is sent to the email address you entered.
Important: Type the verification code in the designated field within 180 seconds.
Account activation
After you sign up, your account must be activated by your administrator. You receive an email notification once your account is active.
First login and password renewal
After your account has been activated by the system administrator and you log in with your credentials, you are directed to the password renewal page. Enter your current password once and your new password twice to make sure it is typed correctly.
