Call Center Studio: Sign Up Guide
Welcome to Call Center Studio! This guide will walk you through the process of signing up for an account. Follow these simple steps to get started.
Step 1: Access the Sign Up Page
Step 2: Enter Your Email
In the "Email" field, enter your email address. This will be the primary contact for your account and will be used for verification purposes.
Step 3: Fill in Your Name and Surname
In the "Name Surname" field, type your full name. This helps personalize your account and ensures proper identification.
Step 4: Create a Password
Next, you'll need to create a password. Make sure your password is strong and secure. It should be at least 8 characters long and include at least one upper and lower case character as well as number.
Step 5: Confirm Your Password
Re-enter your password in the "Password" field to confirm it.
Step 6: Select Your Language
Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu. This will set the language for your interface and communications.
Step 7: Sign Up
Once you've filled out all the fields and verified your information, click the "Sign Up" button.
Then, verification code will be sent to given e-mail and that needs to be typed to the designated field within 180 seconds.
Step 9: Activation
After you sign up, your account will need to be activated by your administrator. You will receive an email notification once your account is active.
Step 10: Password Renewal
After your account has been activated by system administrator and you enter the credentials, you will be directed to password renewal page where you need to enter your current password once and new password twice to make sure it is typed correctly.
