Step-by-Step Login Instructions
Go to Call Center Studio Website
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Access the Login Page
You will be directed to the login screen as soon as the website opens.
Enter Your Credentials
Email Address: Enter your registered email address in the designated field.
Password: Type in your password. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.
Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link.
Enter your e-mail address that reset instructions will be sent.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Enter the new password and then enter the same password to the designated field for confirmation.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If your account has OTP enabled, you will be prompted to enter the verification code sent after entering your login credentials.
There are 3 types of authentication and it is as follows:
E-mail: You are asked to enter the verification code sent to your e-mail.
SMS: You are asked to enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone.
Authentication App: Having Authenticator App installed on either your browser or mobile phone, you need to enter the code in given time after scanning QR code.
Logging In
After entering your credentials and the 2FA code (if applicable), click on the Login button.
You will be redirected to the Call Center Studio dashboard upon successful login.
