Manage your expenses on your phone

Here's how you can add expense details and receipts directly from your mobile phone.

You can manage your expenses easily on the go! With mobile-responsive screens, you can access your expense form and view your list of expenses directly from your mobile device.

To access Expense Management on your mobile phone, select View expenses on your Capital One app.

As a spender, you can view your expenses, edit expenses, and upload receipts.

View all expenses

By default, you will see Incomplete and Complete expenses listed. You can also select filters to access expenses in Submitted, Approved, or other statuses.

Edit and save expenses

You can tap on any expense to open the form, fill in missing details, and save.

Upload receipts

You can upload receipts by either taking a picture using your phone’s camera or selecting an image/file from your device.
