Opt in to receiving text messages to share receipts and transaction details by text.
On Your tasks, a task prompting you to opt in to text messages will be present in the Your tasks section of the page. Select the Opt in button.
On the Opt in to text messages pop-up, verify that your phone number is correct. If the number is incorrect, select the Account Profile link in the pop-up to update it.
After you’ve verified that your phone number is correct, select the Send me the code button. A 6-digit code will be sent to the phone number on your profile.
On the Enter code to opt in to text messages pop-up, enter the 6-digit code you received. Select the Opt in button to finish.
You’ll now receive text messages from Expense Management and can reply with your receipts and expense details.
Note that if your business has no mandatory expense fields (and receipts are not required) or if the expense is complete according to the rules set by your admin, you won't receive text notifications.
