Tables in CyMetric contain a filter capability that allows you to find the data that you are looking for.Β

Basic Filtering

To enter a single term, select the Filter text box, type the text that you're looking for, and press Enter. Only those rows that contain data that exactly matches the filter term will be displayed. The search function queries every column looking for the search element within the columns. IT DOES NOT look at the content within the individual items. To remove the filter term, select the 'x':

Multiple Filter Terms

You can add more than one term to your filter results by typing a term, pressing Enter, then repeating as many times as you need. Rows will then appear where they contain all of the filter terms that you have entered.

Combining Filter Terms with Table Sorting

Along with Filters, CyMetric tables also include the ability to sort columns. This can be used alone, or along with a filter to order a filtered table as needed. Click on any of the column headers to sort the table by the header item.

Certain tables within CyMetric also feature Enhanced Filtering. For an article on how to use Enahnced Filtering, please read Using Enhanced Filters in CyMetric
