The Cahootz property manager together with the appointed local lettings agent will be doing everything possible to find new quality tenants for the property as quickly as possible.

During the vacancy period, all maintenance and running expenses will be covered from the vacancy and contingency cash accounts in the SPV.

Cahootz does not charge a platform fee during vacancy periods.
