Change Auto Coverage

Once you have logged in to your online account, you can change coverage on your auto policy including liability limits and other than collision/collision coverage by following the steps below:

  1. Click the pencil icon under Change Policy on the account summary screen to start a change to your policy.
    (If you don’t see a pencil icon under Change Policy, please contact us online via chat or by calling our Customer Service Department at 800-800-9410 option 3.)

  2. On the Policy Changes screen enter the date you would like the change to take effect.

    *Date cannot be in the past and cannot be more that 8 days in the future.

  3. Click the box next to coverages and click Next.

  4. Answer the required questions on the Initial Info screen, click Next.

  5. On the Update Vehicles screen review all vehicles listed on the policy, click Next.

  6. On the coverages screen you can update the liability limits as well as the deductibles for other than collision and collision.

    Select the desired liability limits or deductible amount from the drop down next to the coverage, click Next to quote the change to your coverage.

  7. Review any change in cost and click Submit Request to complete the change on your policy. Your change will not be complete if you do not click Submit.

Once the change has been processed you will receive updated policy documents via mail or email if your policy is set on paperless.
