At Campanyon, we make it easy and secure to pay, so you can focus on planning your next adventure. Below is an overview of all our payment methods and how they work.

Payment Methods:

We support multiple payment options so you can choose what works best for you:

  1. MobilePay & Vipps – Pay easily using your smartphone

  2. Credit and Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

  3. Apple Pay & Google Pay – Pay securely and conveniently from your device

  4. Klarna – Pay immediately, later, or in installments (depending on your location)

  5. Campanyon Gift Cards – Use a gift card to pay for your stay. Learn more about gift cards here.

Note: Available payment methods may vary depending on your country.

How payments work

Our payment process is designed to be simple and secure, so you can quickly proceed to book your dream adventure.

  1. Select Your Dates – Find your adventure.

  2. Choose a Payment Method – Select your preferred payment option on the checkout page.

  3. Booking Confirmation – Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please note that if you are submitting a booking request, the host has 24 hours to respond. You can always check the status under "My Trips" in your Campanyon profile.

We process payments securely with our payment partner, Stripe.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the payment be deducted from my account?

  • Credit/Debit Cards & Apple Pay/Google Pay/MobilePay & Vipps: The payment is deducted immediately upon booking.

  • Klarna: Depending on your country, you can:

    • Pay later – Defer payment according to Klarna’s terms.

    • Pay in installments – Split the payment into smaller parts according to Klarna’s terms.

Can I split payments or pay later?

Yes! If Klarna is available in your country, you can choose to pay later or in installments. Simply select Klarna at checkout to view your options.

What if my payment doesn’t go through?

What should I do if my payment does not go through?

  • Double-check your card details.

  • Ensure that your bank permits online payments.

  • Try using a different payment method.

  • If you are using Klarna, review their approval requirements.

  • Contact your bank or Klarna support if the issue persists.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, we process all payments securely with our payment partner, Stripe.
